We collect your personal information to enable us to perform our obligations under the Unit Titles Act 2010, the Unit Titles Regulations 2011, and other relevant legislation, regulation and contracts to manage body corporates. We also use information we collect to improve and optimise the services we deliver.
Besides our staff, we share relevant information with other body corporate members, service providers and other persons in order to deliver services and discharge our legislative, regulatory and contractual obligations.
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to provide your personal information to us, it may impact our ability to deliver services to you or the efficiency of our service delivery.
We keep your information safe by using industry standard server and data protection, password protected access to data, and deleting data when it is no longer reasonably necessary to meet our legislative, regulatory or contractual obligations.
